Brandon is the President of Acura Valuation and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. The Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license is the highest achievable license in the country and allows for the valuation of any property type of any value. He services the Southwest Michigan and West Michigan markets and is a current Candidate for Designation in the Appraisal Institute.

His vast experience includes the residential sectors of Single-family, Condominiums, Multi-Family, and Vacant Land in the Greater Kalamazoo area. He additionally has experience in the commercial sectors of Industrial, Office, Retail, Multi-Family, Self-Storage Facilities, Religious Facilities, Restaurants, and Commercial Vacant Land.

He is the third generation in his family to pursue a career in real estate and has been highly exposed to all phases of the real estate industry in addition to the over 15 years of appraisal experience. He also holds a real estate broker’s license and his education contains real estate classroom time from Western Michigan University, the Michigan Institute of Real Estate and the Appraisal Institute in Chicago, Illinois. He is the past chairmen and current member of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors Risk Management Committee which is in charge of the development of all utilized real estate association agreements and forms.

Brandon’s goal is always to strive to provide the highest level of service to the appraisal profession. This goal is accomplished by completing every appraisal with integrity, impartiality, objectivity, independent judgment and ethical conduct while adhering to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice at all times to further the effort of maintaining a high level of public trust in appraisal practice.
